New training workshop at isel

Investments pay off - and this is no exception at isel Germany! We are proud to announce that innovation and quality are top priorities in our newly established training workshop in Eichenzell. Through the investment of the company and the commitment of our board member Martin Heil in new equipment, we would like to make it easier for our future cutting mechanics, metal technology specialists in the fields of cutting or assembly technology, and industrial mechanics to start their careers.

Gone are the days when our trainees had to spread out on different machines, with our training workshop we have created a space where focused learning can take place in a state-of-the-art environment. Expertise starts from the ground up, so all technical aspects of training are completely covered in our workshop. The training workshop includes two state-of-the-art drilling machines, a brand new milling machine and a lathe. Also located in the workshop are several workbenches with a complete basic set of new hand tools and vices. A case with pneumatic components is available to the trainees so that the most important basics of pneumatic control technology can be taught. Basic training starts in our training workshop, which our trainees are very grateful for (quote, Justin Kemski). With this step, we prepare our apprentices for real, exciting tasks in the workplace. This training path begins with learning the manual skills and basics of metalworking and continues with workpiece processing on the conventional machines and the CNC machine through to their own project work. At the end of the training, the trainees get to know our production machines and work out customer orders independently. This process provides not only technical knowledge and practical application skills, but also insight into the latest technologies and global trends. Our main goal is that at the end of their training, our trainees are fully prepared for the real working day and can continue their career at isel with confidence and competence.

With man and machine to perfection

isel invests millions in job security through new technologies.

Continuous technical progress in the industry as well as new developments and optimizations to its products also mean that the Isel company invests millions at its sites in Eichenzell and Eiterfeld.

In today's world, not only efficiency and work-life balance play a major role, but also the conservation of all resources, such as employees or the saving of energy and raw materials. With the new modern advanced manufacturing machine we face this issue and place ourselves on the metalworking market as one of the most innovative companies in the region.

With a state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machining center, we will be producing components for our linear units quickly and precisely in the future. Here, our wafer handling robots for the semiconductor industry join hands with the linear axes in a direct path. They quickly and safely transport wafer disks from A to B in clean rooms for microchip assembly.

Our employees and customers benefit from this investment through faster and more sophisticated production. This not only gives our products new design forms, but also promotes the further development and job security of our qualified specialist staff.

With speed and efficiency in mind, we are optimizing the routes for employees and materials in mechanical production. Thanks to these modernizations, we enjoy motivated employees, satisfied customers and high quality products at short delivery times.
