The data you enter when registering for the newsletter will be processed, but at least the email address you provide and, if applicable, the name you provide for the personalised newsletter mailing.
The data collected will only be used by us to personalise the newsletter and exclusively for sending our free newsletter, in which we regularly inform you by email about all our products / services and our news / offers as well as special promotions (in particular about current offers and promotions).
We carry out anonymised link tracking for statistical purposes.
After registration, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link that you must click in order to complete your registration for our newsletter (double opt-in).
The basis is Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent by unambiguous affirmative action or behaviour). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. No disadvantages arise from the non-granting or revocation of consent.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link, which is also included in every newsletter, or revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to marketing[at]isel.com.
Your data will be deleted by us immediately after you unsubscribe, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain the data. We will also delete your data immediately if you do not complete your registration.
We reserve the right to delete your data without giving reasons and without prior or subsequent notification.
The data you provide will be used and will not be passed on to third parties.
The data is processed on the internal servers of the controller as well as in the newsletter platform of "CleverReach" (CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany). We have concluded a so-called order processing contract (AVV) with this provider, which ensures that the data processing is carried out in a permissible manner.
Your rights as a "data subject"
You have the right to information(Art. 15 GDPR) about the personal data we process about you. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require proof from you that you are the person you claim to be
Furthermore, you have a right to rectification(Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure(Art. 17 GDPR) or to restriction(Art. 18 GDPR) of processing, insofar as you are legally entitled to do so.
YOU ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT(ART. 21 GDPR) TO PROCESSING WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE STATUTORY PROVISIONS. The same applies to the right to data portability(Art. 20 GDPR).
