We hereby inform you about the necessary adjustment of our national and international delivery conditions.

For a long time, we have been able to offer you free shipping within Germany and parts of the EU.

Due to increased transport costs, we are unfortunately unable to maintain this service. In order to find a fair solution and to avoid a general price increase, isel Germany GmbH has decided to change the delivery conditions from CIP to ex works / freight collect ex works from 1 July 2024 .

Of course, we offer you the option of sending your orders via your own customer account with UPS, Fedex or your own carrier. A note on your order stating your customer account is sufficient.
However, you are also welcome to instruct your courier/forwarding agent to collect the goods yourself. Please note that German VAT may apply for collections from abroad.

In this context, we are pleased to inform you that we have also revised our general minimum quantity surcharges. The minimum order value for national and international deliveries has generally been adjusted to €100 net. If this amount is not reached, only a minimum quantity surcharge of €15 will be due, at the very least until the minimum order value plus shipping costs is reached.
