Ball screw Ø20 mm
Discover our high-quality Ø20 mm Ball screw, which stands for maximum precision and durability. This spindle is rolled, hardened and polished from CF 53 material and induction-hardened to a hardness of HRC 60±2 in accordance with DIN 17212.
Our ball screws are available in different pitches: 5 mm, 10 mm and 20 mm to meet the requirements of your specific applications. With a maximum length of up to 3052 mm, we offer you flexibility in the planning and realisation of your projects.
The ends are machined to isel standard or can be customised to your specifications. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 69051, part 3, tolerance class 7, these spindles guarantee precise movements and reliable performance.
We offer customised options such as special lengths and special end machining to optimally meet your individual requirements. The available lengths in the 20 mm diameter range extend from 252 mm to 3052 mm without end machining in 100 mm increments. Lengths between 252 mm and 3052 mm are also available for single-sided end machining, as well as for double-sided machining, each with a 100 mm pitch.
