Controller iCU-EC
The iCU-EC multi-axis controllers for isel Linear units offer a powerful drive control solution for demanding automation tasks. Developed to control 2 to 6 DC servomotors, this system impresses with its excellent price-performance ratio and is ideal for integration into a wide range of industrial applications.
The compact desktop housing combines all the necessary control components - from the output stage to the I/O module and the safety controller. The integrated CANopen PCI card interface acts as a CAN master for smooth operation of the Drive controllers and enables external extensions to up to 128 CAN nodes. The versatile connection options of the control computer, including VGA, USB and RJ45 Ethernet, offer flexibility in networking and facilitate remote maintenance.
The NC control enables the interpolation of up to six axes with linear, circular and helical path machining as well as an online and look-ahead function. In combination with the optional ProNC software, you can control individual axes in a targeted manner. All power output stages are equipped with automatic jerk limitation and standstill monitoring to ensure maximum safety and precision.
Technical data includes a wide-range mains input, high-capacity switching power supply, digital inputs/outputs and a safety circuit module to Category 3 standards. The housing measures W 630 x H 230 x D 400 mm and offers options such as frequency converters or additional CAN I/O modules.
