Controller iT 116 Flash
The IT 116 Flash single-axis controller is a freely programmable compact controller for linear or rotary axes with 2-phase stepper motors. This controller combines an intelligent stepper motor output stage with a powerful processor core that has an integrated flash memory. This enables the PAL PC user programme to be downloaded and saved, as well as precise clock/direction signal generation for the motor output stage.
The robust design includes all necessary power supply units, a safety circuit in accordance with stop category 0 as per EN 60204 as well as a housing with mains input filter and practical operating elements. The operating system in the flash memory supports both DNC mode - in which your PC or laptop is permanently connected to the step controller - and CNC mode, in which the controller works autonomously and executes the stored user programme.
The IT 116 Flash is supplied complete with a cassette housing, mating connector (I/O, pulse, remote), serial interface cable, mains cable, PAL-PC software CD and detailed operating and programming instructions. The compact design with dimensions of W 105 x H 111 x D 320 mm allows easy integration into existing systems.
