Electronic handwheel

The Electronic handwheel is the perfect addition to any CNC machine. This portable operating device allows you to control the axes of your machine precisely by hand, offering a high level of operating comfort and unrestricted freedom of movement.

With its robust, ergonomic plastic housing (H 223 mm, W 91 mm, D 92 mm), the handwheel sits comfortably in the hand. The rubberised magnetic holder on the back ensures that the device is always ready to hand. The mechanically detented handwheel allows precise control with an increment of up to 0.001 mm.

For additional safety and control, the handwheel has an emergency stop button and an enabling switch. The dirt-repellent membrane keypad has 15 buttons, each equipped with status LEDs to indicate selection and operational readiness.

The device's spiral cable is shielded and has a coiled length of 1.5 metres and a stretched length of 3.5 metres. The robust stainless steel plug is suitable for industrial use and guarantees a high degree of protection in accordance with IP65.

This control unit expands your CAN control system and is ideal for larger machines. It is ready for immediate use and can be connected via the CAN bus without the need for additional hardware. It is easy to set up, making it perfect for probing and setting zero points. You can also use freely configurable feeds and function keys and choose between continuous or step-by-step movement - the step width can be set individually.

1. selecting the axes

2. setting the feed rate (slow, medium, fast)

3. continuous or step-by-step movement (step-by-step: when selected)

4. actual position transfer

5. Freely available function keys
