The iFM 1000WS milling spindle motor is characterised by its extremely quiet operation, allowing you to work in any environment without being disturbed.
An outstanding feature of the iFM 1000WS is the tool-free quick clamping device, which allows you to change tools quickly and easily. The external portal interface also offers a flexible connection option for various applications.
Thanks to the overload indicator with LED status display, you are always informed about the operating status and can therefore prevent damage to the device. With the Duo-In system, the speed can be infinitely adjusted both manually and via the gantry interface in order to be able to respond optimally to any specific requirement.
The Rapidfix cable ensures quick and easy connection in the gantry, which speeds up your work processes considerably. The highest concentricity is guaranteed by the filigree coordination of all components, while the double-bearing spindle can effectively absorb axial forces.
The integrated digital electronics include functions such as soft start, constant speed under load, idle speed reduction and reliable overload protection, which extends the service life of the motor.
