iSA 1200W
Discover the iSA 1200W Milling spindle - your reliable partner for precise and efficient machining processes. This robust 2-pole three-phase motor, known as an asynchronous motor, is characterised by its rectangular design and offers you maximum reliability in daily use.
With protection class IP55 and insulation class F, the Milling spindle is optimally protected against dust and water, ensuring a long service life. The M23 motor plug connection enables a simple and secure connection, while the cast bearing shield on both sides (A and B sides) provides additional stability.
Tools are changed pneumatically at a pressure of 7.5 bar via the SK 16 connection, guaranteeing quick and uncomplicated tool changes. The ER 16 collet chuck with a diameter of 6 mm included in the scope of delivery offers a clamping range from Ø 3 mm to Ø 10 mm to cover a wide range of requirements.
A forced cooling fan on the B-side ensures optimum cooling of the motor, even under high loads. The double precision bearing ensures that your work is always carried out with maximum accuracy. In addition, the speed control via frequency inverter allows you to flexibly adapt the working speed to your individual requirements.
