Linear unit LES 4 with Spindle drive
The Linear unit LES 4 with Spindle drive is a high-precision component developed for demanding industrial applications. This unit offers exceptional stability and accuracy thanks to its robust aluminium shaft mounting profile measuring W 75 x H 75 mm, which has a natural anodised finish.
The profile has a face-milled clamping surface and profile underside, which ensures precise assembly. Equipped with two precision steel shafts (Ø 12 h6) made of Cf53 material and a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC, this Linear unit guarantees maximum reliability and durability.
The aluminium shaft slide WS 5/70 or optionally 2 x WS 5/70 (each 70 mm long) can be adjusted backlash-free and enables central lubrication, which minimises maintenance work. The ball screws are available in different pitches from 2.5 to 20 mm to meet different requirements.
A profile-sealing function with abrasion-resistant sealing lips protects against contamination and extends the service life of the unit. In addition, the die-cast aluminium end plates ensure increased robustness and resistance.
Two limit and reference switches are integrated for maximum safety and precision, offering a repeat accuracy of ± 0.02 mm. Sealed angular contact ball bearings in the drive steel flange ensure smooth operation even under high loads.
