Linear unit LES 6 with Spindle drive
The Linear unit LES 6 with Spindle drive is the perfect choice for precise and reliable motion control in industrial applications. The product is characterised by a robust aluminium shaft mounting profile measuring W 150 x H 75 mm, which has a natural anodised finish to ensure a durable surface.
The clamping surface and the underside of the profile are face-milled, which guarantees optimum installation and stability. Equipped with four precision steel shafts of Ø 12 h6, made from the high-quality material Cf53 with a hardness of 60 ± 2 HRC, this Linear unit offers maximum precision and durability.
The WS 5/70 aluminium shaft slide or optionally two slides of this type (each 70 mm long) can be adjusted backlash-free and have central lubrication to ensure smooth operation. The ball screws are available in different pitches: 2.5 / 4 / 5 / 10 / 20 mm, so you can choose the right variant for your specific requirements.
A profile-sealing gasket with abrasion-resistant sealing lips protects the inner workings of the unit from contamination. The die-cast aluminium end plates provide additional robustness and stability.
With two integrated limit or reference switches, you can achieve a repeat accuracy of ± 0.02 mm - ideal for applications where exact positioning is required. The sealed angular contact ball bearings in the drive steel flange also offer high reliability and freedom from maintenance.
