The Linear unit consists of a robust aluminium profile and a miniature linear guide LFS-8-4, which enables backlash-free movement thanks to the powerful toothed belt drive. The toothed belt has a pitch of 5 mm and a width of 25 mm, which allows a maximum feed rate of an impressive 5 m/s.
The WS 3 shaft slide measures 176 x 130 mm and offers two different feed options per revolution: 70 mm or 150 mm. This gives you the flexibility to customise the speed and precision to your specific requirements. The repeatability of the unit is less than or equal to ± 0.2 mm, while the end or reference switch accuracy remains below 0.1 mm - ideal for applications where high precision is essential.
This Linear unit is available in lengths up to 6000 mm and allows you to flange motor modules both right and left to offer maximum adaptability. In addition, mechanical limit switches are integrated to guarantee safety and reliability in operation.
