The RF 1 Rotary indexing table is the ideal solution for precise and efficient positioning tasks in your production environment. Equipped with a low-backlash toothed belt drive, it offers maximum accuracy and reliability when performing repetitive movements. Choose between a stepper or servo motor to optimise the drive to your specific requirements.
The standard Rotary indexing table has a reduction ratio of 1:24, making it a versatile component that can be seamlessly integrated into various industrial applications. Weighing just 14.6 kg, it is also light enough to be used flexibly without sacrificing stability.
Expand the functionality of the RF 1 with our optional accessories. The reduction mounting set allows you to change the gear ratio to 1:52 or even 1:100, depending on your specific needs. For additional safety and durability, we offer an electromagnetic brake with a holding force of 60 Nm, which prevents unintentional overrunning. In addition, the Rotary indexing table can be equipped with a CNC control to efficiently automate complex motion sequences.
