The VST 1000 Vacuum clamping table
Vacuum clamping tables are a very user-friendly clamping device for workpieces. Vacuum clamping technology is a simple method of clamping thin and elastic materials without additional mechanical clamping elements.
The material is firmly sucked in over the entire surface, guaranteeing a vibration-free hold, protecting the tools and significantly improving the milling quality.
Very fast clamping of the workpiece can be realised by switching the chambers and covering the remaining holes around the workpiece using the 8-fold vacuum distributors with pressure monitors. The open holes of the switched clamping chambers are closed with an adapter mat. Our rotary vane vacuum pumps are suitable for generating the vacuum.
