The VakuFit L clamping plate
The perforated grid plates for vacuum clamping have low demands on the vacuum pump. The plates are virtually distortion-free and are therefore ideal for engraving and clamping plate material.
In contrast to other vacuum clamping variants, material cut-throughs up to a certain proportion of the total surface area are no problem and the parts remain securely clamped. Material stops can be easily realised with 5 mm dowel pins in the perforated grid holes. The perforated rubber mats serve as wear material and can be used several times.
