Rotary stages are used for many devices and machines. 3D-printer for graphics and design, laser machines and waterjet cutting in industrial manufacturing would not be able to operate without rotary units. They are also often used as 4th or 5th axis within CNC-machines as well as for rotary tables.
The compact rotary stages can be driven by a servo motor or by a stepper motor and work with highest precision and efficiency.
